Lent Ebenezers 2025

During the season of Lent 2025, as I prepared for Easter, I wanted to do something prayerful every day, with the intention of being creative and giving thanks. I decided to draw, paint or collage an Ebenezer every day through Lent, and as I posted it on my social media accounts I also wrote something I was thankful for that day. An Ebenezer is a pile of stones to mark God's faithfulness and goodness, so seemed like a good theme for my Lent project.

The practice of being creative every day, and the discipline of giving thanks everyday, was really brilliant. It had a positive effect on my outlook on life and my mental health, and it was fun!
